I showed the model home at Nesbit Landing this past weekend and I was very impressed! The finishes, craftsmanship, material selections, floor plan and design quality were really beyond my expectation. After showing so many new construction homes where you need two rolls of blue tape for the punch list, these homes were a welcome relief. I’m looking forward to bringing my buyers back for a second showing.
