Grand Opening of Blackwell Manor’s Model Home
Realtors can join Cathy McDaniel, author of “A Road Map to Saving Your Home”, for a free three hour CE class. This class is to help prepare real estate practitioners for the impending changes and how to work proactively with lenders and closing attorneys to avoid unnecessary delays to closings.
This class will be held at the grand opening of Home South Communities’ newest and exceptionally designed “Brookwood” model home at Blackwell Manor in Alpharetta on February 2, 2016 from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Lunch will be sponsored by American Eagle Mortgage and catered by Fancy Pantry. There will also be giveaways and a chance to win an Apple TV from our sponsor Liberty Mutual Insurance.
Nestled inside the Forsyth County line, Blackwell Manor features 75 executive style single-family homes from the $400,000s. The homes offer 2,800 to 4,000 square feet of living space and can be built with two or three car garages. The available home designs feature a variety of styles including traditional two-story homes with guest bedrooms and full bathrooms on the main level, ranch-style homes, and master on the main homes.
Blackwell Manor residents will be able to sit back and relax by the sparkling junior Olympic swimming pool in the community. Children living in this spectacular community will be able to attend the award winning West Forsyth High School.
February 2, 2016 from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.
